NAVIGATING INFINITE CAMPUS

To navigate the Infinite Campus parent portal, log in through your school's website or the Infinite Campus website, then use the left-hand navigation bar to access information like grades, attendance, assignments, schedules, and documents. The home screen displays your student(s), and you can select a student to view their specific details. For mobile access, download the "Campus Parent" app from your app store. If you need assistance or can't log in, contact your child's school for help. 

Steps to Log In

1. 1. Visit the Login Page:

Go to your school's district website or Infinite Campus website and find the "Login" or "Parent/Student Portal" link. 

2. 2. Find Your District:

Select your school district from the list to be taken to your district's portal page. 

3. 3. Enter Credentials:

Enter the username and password provided by your school. 

4. 4. First-Time Login:

On your first login, you will be prompted to set up a security email and password for account retrieval. 

Navigating the Portal

• Home Screen:

After logging in, the home screen displays information for all students linked to your account. 

• Navigation Bar:

Use the navigation bar, usually on the left, to access different sections: 

• • Grades: See current grades and view the assignments and tests that make up those grades. 
  • Assignments: View assignments, their due dates, status (missing, completed), and scores. 
  • Attendance: Check your student's attendance records, including absences and tardies. 
  • Documents: Access report cards, transcripts, and other important school documents. 
  • Today: See the student's schedule and assignments due today or tomorrow. 
  • Message Center: Check for announcements or messages from the school. 
• Student Selection:

If you have more than one child, you can switch between them using a student drop-down menu or an arrow on the home screen. 

Mobile Access 

• Download the App: Download the "Campus Parent" app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).

Account and Settings 

• Account Settings:

Access your account settings to update your security email, password, or other contact preferences.

• Contact Information:

Update phone numbers or email addresses in the "Contact Preferences" section, though address changes may require contacting the school's front office.

Troubleshooting

• Forgot Credentials:

Use the "forgot password" or "forgot username" links on the login page for assistance. 

• Account Activation:

If you don't have an account, you may need to request an activation key from your child's school. 

• Contact Your School:

For help with login issues or account creation, contact your child's school and ask for the Portal Security Officer or the Infinite Campus Coordinator.
