Work Permit Information

Students if you are in need of a work permit you will need the following documents to complete the work permit request.

Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Signed work permit from employer Work Permit Document01-14-2021-094526 (1).pdf
Picture Identification

There is a 24 to 48 hour turn around once all paperwork is submitted to Ms. Pamela Harris.
