Points of Pride
The Riverdale High Law and Public Safety Program has a history of excellence, from the hands on classes to helping students obtain industry related internships. As a result of this hard work and dedication the program was awarded the National Program of Excellence Industry Certification.

Riverdale High School Agriculture Extraordinaire, Mr. Ferguson and his Future Farmers of America (FFA) students provided a number of parent workshops to include a well attended gardening workshop. Parent engagement is an important part of student success.

Raider Nation FATHERS came for the donuts and left with full hearts. Fathers spent quality time with their daughters and sons while listening to presentations that expressed how important fathers are to their children. We love parent engagement at Riverdale High. Let's GO Dads!

The Raider Pride Band was BUSY this year! Band students stacked $500, 000 in scholarship funds. The 25-26 Raider Pride Band also received the People's Choice Award. Great job Raider Pride Band!

Riverdale High School Alums filled the halls of the T Building for Career Day. Students enjoyed speakers from an assortment of career industries.

The Riverdale High School Orchestra has a long history of EXCELLENCE, year after year scoring straight SUPERIORS at LGPE. This year the Raider Orchestra performed for the Clayton County Public School Board as well at the Riverdale State of the City.

Riverdale High students have a unique opportunity to utilize a multitude of instrumental and vocal talents in the Raider Rock Band. This year The Rock band performed in the School's amazing Black History Program, The Annual Fall Festival, and the Rock Blossom Music Festival.

Riverdale High Art students entered some AMAZING pieces in the Clayton County Public Schools All County ART Show, as well as the World Cup Art Show. The art department also secured a $500 grant to create a mural in one of the school's courtyards. Pictured are some of the outstanding pieces entered in those art shows.
